
It's not right that the merchant gets to laugh at me on the phone while holding my money and items hostage. Should I just give up and cancel my cards, have Chase potentially sue me? I refuse to pay for things I did not receive, it's not right that I'm stuck in this position. I don't understand how companies can get away with such blatant criminal activity. I purchased two little nugget ice makers back in July and I contacted the claim center in September. I am dealing with a $1,700~ issue with a merchant that primarily does shipping and operations through an all robotic store/warehouse (found out after).
